The Columbus area has faced many challenges relating to the disease of addiction, but at Ethan Crossing, we offer a wide variety of treatment programs to help individuals and their families heal.
Our Treatment Center
Our full continuum of care is designed to help combat substance abuse in our community. Whether you or a loved one is struggling with an addiction to alcohol, opioids, cocaine, prescription drugs, or another substance, we can help.
Our Recovery Center Values
One of the things about Ethan Crossing of Columbus that distinguishes us is our values. We work hard to incorporate the following into everything we do:
We are constantly assessing our treatment methods, staff, facilities, and resources to maintain a spirit of integrity and honesty. We take a close look at each person’s condition and work to develop the right treatment plan.
We work hard to provide excellent service and therapy in all areas of our treatment center. We want to find treatment solutions that have the greatest impact and bring true healing into your life.
Each of our staff is fully certified, licensed, and have extensive training in their perspective field. Furthermore, we undergo ongoing education and training to keep up with the latest treatment methods. Each of our staff is held accountable to company standards and values.
Respect is an essential element in treating addiction. As such, we do everything we can to help you feel respected and accepted. Our staff creates a safe environment where you can be yourself without being judged.
One thing you will learn about Ethan Crossing is that we are truly a team. We work together to develop the best treatment plan for you. Each person understands their role in your recovery.
Evidence-Based Treatment for Addiction
The evidence-based practices we use in our treatment programs are grounded in scientific research, patient observation, and peer-reviewed study. These methods have proven to be effective in helping patients recover from addiction. Evidence-based treatment allows us to assess your clinical needs, make an accurate diagnosis, and apply the right therapy. Although we do offer other types of treatment, such as holistic addiction therapy programs, this approach is still at the forefront of our programs. Types of evidence-based treatment we provide include:
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Dialectical behavior therapy
- Trauma therapy
- Motivational interviewing
In addition, for many, addiction and mental health issues go hand-in-hand. Mental health conditions might arise as a result of substance abuse, or they might cause some individuals to turn to drugs and alcohol to cope. Our dual diagnosis programs help those who are struggling with co-occurring disorders by offering simultaneous treatment. This can lead to more positive long-term outcomes and reduce the risk of relapse.
